Hi there! I recently signed up for Nailed Kit, a monthly nail decal subscription box, and today I’d like to show you what I received in my October box.
This month’s Nailed Kit included two packs of adorable nail decals for Halloween along with some fun extras pictured above (the sweets decals, a pumpkin eraser and a Twizzler candy). I love surprises so it was fun to find a few inside my October box! 🙂 Here’s a close-up view of the Halloween decals:
Spooky Spider Decals ($8)
Jack-O’-Lantern Decals ($8)
I decided to go with a Jack-O’-Lantern manicure using this month’s decals, which were very easy to apply. You basically cut out the design you’d like to use, hold it face down on your painted nail plate, apply a water-soaked cotton ball to it for 15 seconds and the decal is adhered to the nail. Easy!
I loved wearing this manicure and was gobsmacked that it still looked newly-painted after 5 days of wear. Polishes used for this manicure include the lovely black lacquer Nocturnelle by MAC (part of the Limited Edition Maleficent Collection), Orly What’s the Password and Butter London Brass Monkey. I LOVE how the Brass Monkey topper makes the black nails look fire-kissed!
Subscribers to the Nailed Kit Club receive two new sets of adorable nail decals each month that make applying art to your nails a cinch. For US residents the cost is $10/month plus free shipping; for folks outside of the US the cost is $10/month plus $5 shipping.
What are you wearing on your nails this Halloween season? So far I’ve done spiders and pumpkins! Stay tuned to see what’s next. 😉
Thanks for stopping by!
